Officers Meeting
July 2025 Officer’s meeting
Start @ 6:03pm
Prayer
Pledge
Merger with St. Thomas council. We would have to meld 2 councils as opposed to them just joining us. Both councils will have to submit a proposal, then be put together into
something both councils will agree on. Another way is to let them draw their council down, and they will choose what council to go to. We need to really consider the merit of both. The officers seem to want to not merge, but invite people to join our council after theirs is dissolved. We will draft a letter to inform the council.
Corpus Christi and Father Kyle’s party went well
July 16 is our diocesan meeting, Joe and Mike will attend. Our business meeting is being moved to the 23rd of July.
Marty is still our program director, but needs a committee to help him name KOTM, and FOM.
Council Picnic August 9th, starting at 11am. It will be at the pavilion at St. Thomas. Bring a dish to pass. Bring own drinks.
Financial Report: We are in good standing, we owe $219.75 for per cap.
