GK Report: we started early because we forgot new start time.
DGK report: He received his delegate card for the Island. Filled out by GK, signed by recording sec, and embossed by FS.
Minutes: none
FS: As of April 1st, we have no debt and are in good standing.
Treasurer: Bank Balance of $8135.90 to start, and $8229.82 is April’s start. We are sitting at $7589.82 as of this meeting.
Advocate: None
Trusties: None
Round tables:
St. Mary’s: St. Pattrick’s party went well.
St. Michael’s: None
Membership: We need 1 more member. We have 140 members because of merger with 13035. 1 new prospect Geoff Sturgell would like to be a knight. We are trying to set up May 3rd for an exempt. We also have 1 possible prospect by Tom Ketchum.
Programs: We need to get our Columbian award form filled out.
New Business: We donated our extra American flag. We are storing the food from the freezer at Marty’s freezer.
We are hosting the 4th degree meeting is the 28th of April.
Old Business: Our new meeting times are as follows: 5:30pm rosary, 6pm mass, 6:30 potluck, and 7pm meeting.

7 people at the St. Pattrick’s day dinner at St. Mary’s. Thank you and great work!
Mike Thalen gave us a talk on our fraternal benefits. (7:05pm to 7:25pm)
FS: We are at 80% 0f member quota, audit has been sent in but we are still showing us not
submitted. We are in good standing.
Treasurer: Feb Book balance of $7561.82 leaving an available balance of $5291.47.
Membership: We have t possible candidates right now. We are all responsible for
membership! We can still win a shirt with a new member.
4th degree: Meeting March 24th in Montague this month.

Unfinished business: New Pope Leo picture put up donated By Tony Schaub.
New Business: New donation box donated by Andrew loss . We have the memorial plaque for Rich Ellar.
Mike Lewis submitted $10 fee. New meeting times? 5:30 rosary, 6pm mass, 6:30 meal, 7pm meeting. So moved, seconded, and approved. Officer meeting will be at 6:30.
