Delegates all set for the convention
Donations to D. Michael Coughe are over $2000. We have $150 more to give.
We need more fund raising opportunities. VanAndle confession stand? Pancake Breakfast?
Had a meeting with Father Kyle. They want us to show up to more Parish events.
Council Picnic ? St. Thomas? Date = August 9th summer Picnic
Reimburse Tom Ketchum $100 for basket or the island or hear. Passed unanimously.
Coats for kids donation, be ready. Was almost $1500 last year
Unfinished business:
Storage, kids from MCC will move our stuff into the new storage area. We need someone
there to help direct the kids.
Treasurer report: balance of $9,846.06

GK Report:
we need Knights at Michael Coughe's first mass. We will have the honor guard there.
We have raised around $2000 for Michael's vestments in total.
As suggested KofC Knight of the month is Michael Coughe.
1st and 2nd delegates have the hotels arranged.
Meeting with Father Matt and Adam about the knights helping out the church on April 30th.
We had a church drive and got 3 new prospects and 1 transfer.
We need to get with St. Mikes about adoration.
Rudy and Clem council meeting was 2 weeks ago. It was about merging councils. Both
councils will need to make a formal resolution. Will have to notify the membership of both
councils before the resolution. We should continue to attend the St. Thomas meetings.
Treasure: $12,398.06 bank balance. Need to find out where to write the check for the ultra
sound fund.
FS: we are in good standing
Programs:
Rosary (living) at MCC next Thursday. May is where we lead the rosary at St. Mary's. We are
giving 5 rosaries to the OCIA
Silver rose program. We did it last year but had a low turnout. Looking to increase those
numbers. We need to schedule it.
Food pantry: we need to start it back up. (St. Mary's)
Get started early setting up the cats for kids program. Advertising is key!
RICA: program for mothers needs help. Baby bottle prog.
DD:
Per cap handled? Treasurer and FS looking into it. Both checks (state and supreme) paid
and cashed. Treasurer said State was sent on 2-19-25, and cashed on 3-11-25($399.25)
Supreme was sent on 1-8-25 and cashed on 1-15-25($221.75)
Tri district training at St. Patrick's in GH June 14 for officers.

GK Training is a webinar
April 24th webinar for council. We must sign in.
May 4th at St. Mary exempt. We have 3 new members going through.
Unfinished Business none: Need to write checks for delegate. Checks were signed and
delivered.
