GK report:
Pancake breakfast went super well. We had 11 workers and took in $132.
Move to St. Francis has been started. We will move after our business meeting. We will
have to change our address with supreme. Also have to contact St. Francis to get a mail
box. Move the Saturday the 24th of January 10am(weather permitting). We can leave the
pancake breakfast things here.
Cross Catholic Outreach: $500 check voted on at Christmas party and sent.
Officers Report:
Minutes approved as read.
Membership Report: Exempts scheduled last Sunday of Feb, March, April. New Candidate
Elliot Wallace. Wait until he finishes his payoffs before voting on the candidate.
New Business:
St. Valentine’s date night (February 14)at St. Mary’s? Father was positive about it. Live
Music and drinks. Maybe karaoke?
February officers/business meeting on the 11th at 6pm. No dinner or rosary.
Unfinished business: discussion of new Treasurer.

Treasurer report: December started at $8480.85, ended at $7576.15. January total
$7076.15
$5072.80 available balance. The 2025 6 month audit is ready for review at the business
meeting.
DD report: No e-members pending. Recruiting events need to be turned in(CAT). We are
compliment for youth protection. Tri district at council #2975 GH Jan 22nd. Dinner at 5:30 ,
meeting at 6pm. Delegates for the convention must use your mikofc email address to

register. Food packing for cross Catholic Outreach dates will be sent. Sp7 needs to be sent
in. We need new members and fraternal benefits night.
