GK report:
The meeting with Father Dave went really well. We discussed Mi drive to pancake breakfasts. He agreed to let us do them.
Coats for kids: We still need a date to pick up coats. Our date to distribute is set. Mike Lewis sr. has canvassed most of the schools. Some schools are already set to go.
MI drive: St. Mary’s on this date…St. Mike’s to be announced later, next Sunday after Columbus Day? Jason covered the bowling alley.
Pancake Breakfast went well. Over 150 people and made over $300.
Fund raising: our money is running low.
Muskegon Right to life having dinner on October 28th. At the Bella Maria event center. Doors open @ 5:30.
New Business: $106.99 for new ink cartridge for our printer to be brought out at the business meeting.

Minutes: approved as posted
Membership: After 10am mass Mike Lewis sr. had a father and son interested. We are trying to get them through our next exempt. 26 October at 2pm is our exempt.
Treasurer: around $7500 balance.
FS: We have a quota of 5 this year.

Pancake breakfast went well! Had 150 people. Had a lot of fun.
MI Drive: Thanks to all that helped! It went well. We raised over $500! Next week we are doing St. Michaels this next week after the 9am mass.
Coats for kids moved to November 6th.Wave notified the schools of the change.
Exempt October 26th at St. Mary’s, 2pm.
Right to life dinner October 28th.
State Environment training. Take your classes!
We need a Delta drive date.
FS report: none
Treasurers report: $7612.29
Membership: all together we have 5 prospects so far.
We have a transfer Ashton Moy from St. Simons in Ludington.
Programs:
Parish movie nights. Father Dave wants us to set up one. We need Ideas for movies.
Keep Christ in Christmas will be done at each parish.
We need to start planning for our free throw contest.
The living rosary will be next week on Thursday morning.
We have a green box for can kids to support families in the area.
4th degree: this month has been canceled.
DD Report:
We have no new members yet according to the State.
We have 5 for our quota.
We must remember to cancel out concealed exempts on cat.
We need to schedule things on the “CAT” for the next 3 months.
Make sure we’re up to date on forms.
Youth protection must be finished!
